So every day we have people messaging and emailing to ask whether we can ship products and how to order. We’ve decided to put together a quick blog to answer all of your FAQ’s.

The First Step

Browse Our Online Galleries

We have an entire page on our site with all of our respective galleries listed from Home Decor all the way to Confectionery items. All of the our products are listed therein with the relevant prices, pictures and info included. Should you spot something you like on social media then you can feel free to DM us and order thereafter. We will need your email address to send you all of the relevant info after your order has been placed.

We do our best to keep our products up to date as far is stock is concerned however there are times that we may sell out before having a chance to update our site. We will let you know if what you’re after is still available after you inquire. Should you require any further info about the products listed such as size, etc please send us an email and we will do our best to answer any further questions.

The Second Step

Contact Us to Order

Once you’ve found something you love, please click on “Contact Us to Order” in the product itself or visit our contact page. When inquiring through our website please make sure to enter your email address correctly and alternatively a phone number so we can follow up should there be an emailing issue. You’re welcome to call or email us to place your order or ask any further questions. Please remember that normal trading hours do apply. Our store hours are listed on our contact page. We always try to respond as quickly as we can!

The Third Step

Receive Your Invoice

Once we have confirmed availability and you’re happy with your order we will send you an invoice. Generally most customers pay via EFT but you can also do a bank deposit if that is easier for you. You will then need to send proof of payment through to us via email so we can pack your order.

The Fourth & Final Step

Courier Your Order

Once your order has been packed we will log a collection with the courier. We use The Courier Guy for all of our deliveries and thus far we’ve had no lost packages and excellent service. We will need the address you’d like the parcel shipped to, please double check that it is correct before sending it through. Shipping generally takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the size of your parcel and the area it is being shipped to.

Lastly here are some other FAQ’s…

  1. What if the product I want is sold out? Please contact us regardless. We re-order products on a regular basis and depending on our supplier we may be able to put in a special order for you as well.

  2. Where can you courier? We offer nationwide shipping in South Africa.

  3. How much is the courier? This all depends on what products are ordered. If we are able to fit your order into a flyer bag then it will cost just R 90. If however the items ordered are larger / bulkier we will then quote you for delivery and if you’re happy we can proceed. A medium sized box of goodies is generally around R 150.

  4. How long does shipping take? If your order is sent in a flyer bag it will be couriered overnight. If a box/ boxes are sent it will generally take 2 to 5 working days.

  5. What if something I ordered arrives broken? Obviously we want to always do our best to help our customers, however we cannot be held responsible for breakages or loss on the part of the courier company. We always do our best to make sure everything is securely packaged and wrapped. Should something arrive broken we require proof via images and thereafter we will do our best to either ship you another product or process a refund.

  6. What if I want to return something? That’s not a problem at all. Our policy remains the same as in store, you have 7 days should you like to return something. The customer will be responsible to the courier cost in this case. Once we receive the products back in good order then we will process the refund. Sale items and confectionery products are non-refundable.
